Absolutely. I always think of it like cats rotating round their own axis for a few minutes before they settle 🤣 And that’s definitely not a bad thing. It’s more about it turning into something habitual that starts to create (conscious or subconscious) shame, and it beginning to hold us back. That’s when it becomes something else…
